GetMello.com and the Mello family of brands appreciate your business and look forward to providing you with superior products through our retail store partners and/or the convenience of screen-to-door delivery through our website. We understand this requires a clear policy for all returns, exchanges and refunds.
Below, please find our policies clearly articulated for your review and adherence to when purchasing Mello brand products from our website or through a storefront affiliate. Thank you in advance for reading and abiding by these protocols for all returns, exchanges and/or refunds:
GetMello.com prioritizes consumer satisfaction with the quality and integrity of our products. While all purchases for Mello products from our site are considered final, if for any reason you are not satisfied with a product quality or order fulfillment, Mello will do its best to rectify the situation. Please refer to the following options to let us make it right:
If for any reason you are dissatisfied with a specific Mello product or if an order or any portion thereof is damaged upon receipt, please feel free to return the entirety of the un-used portion for an account credit applicable to an any other product, of exact or lesser value. Mello will be responsible for the shipping cost of delivering the replacement product via standard service.
In the case of a damaged product, please document the damage to the product container and shipping package with a digital photo and email us at customersupport@GetMello.com with the photo attached and your order tracking number in the subject line. We will mail a replacement of the product upon receipt of the request within 3-5 business days, set for standard delivery.
If for any reason you are dissatisfied with your Mello product within 30 days of ordering, you can return the unused portion of the product to our fulfillment center. Product must represent more than 75% of original order volume. Upon receipt of the un-used portion, GetMello.com will refund the purchase price, minus all shipping charges. Shipping costs are included in your order at time of checkout and will not be reflected in any requested refund. Mello retains the right to refuse a refund based on any number of variables. Further, all return shipping costs will be the responsibility of the consumer.
GetMello.com cannot process any refunds or exchanges directly to a consumer who purchased our product at a retail storefront or from an affiliated e-commerce platform. In this case, please return to the store or e-commerce retailer where the Mello product was purchased, where that retailer can complete either an exchange or refund for your purchase based upon their policies.
Mello has an engaged and ongoing relationship with all its sanctioned retailers and we appreciate any and all feedback from our consumers on how these partners are providing customer service that meets Mello’s expectations and the quality of our product. Please let us know if you are having any difficulties with a specific retailer by emailing us at customersupport@GetMello.com. We work with these partners to process returns and/or exchanges through our wholesale division, but we can often intervene on your behalf if your resolution with the retailer was not a seamless product exchange, store credit or refund experience.
